Andres Mustonen x Jaanika Kuusik x Floridante. Summer Classics in Pöide Church
Introduction
Violinist, conductor, multi-instrumentalist and founder of the ensemble Hortus Musicus Andres Mustonen together with soprano Jaanika Kuusik will perform as soloists of one of Estonia's most active early music ensembles Floridante. This is the first collaboration with Floridante for soprano Jaanika Kuusik, whose bright voice is often heard in concerts by Duo ObSolute and Hortus Musicus.
The concert will feature the most beautiful arias by Johann Sebastian Bach, George Frideric Handel and Henry Purcell, as well as works for violin, harpsichord and viola da gamba.
